Great workout last night of lower body and cardio.  Tonight I might do some cardio.

Good workout tonight..quick but very effective.  I worked lower body resistant training and did 30 minutes on the Cross Trainer.  Burned almost 600 calories.  My mother is coming in town tomorrow for two weeks so I know my exercise program is going to slow down tremendously.

I'm on a roll!!!  Again it's early and my workout is done for the day.  I did 45 minutes of cardio burning over 700 calories.  If I'm inspired i may go back later this evening for more cardio.  Tomorrow is weight training.

Good workout today!  Best thing about it is it's 12:22 PM and I'm finished for the day!!!!!!!! Today was lower body.  I worked my hips, quads, hamstrings, and calves.  My legs respond very nicely to my program.  I feel very strong in the lower body.  In fact, my body looks nice in every aspect with the exception of my big ass stomach.  It's shrinking but its taking its sweet ass time.  I'm doing enough cardio also.  The diet is the key and I have to do it all.

Also did 45 minutes of cardio today.  30 minutes on the Stair Step Machine and then 15 minutes on the Stairmaster.  Nice!!

Had a wonderful workout last night.  I did cardio and upper body.  My chest and back got a great workout...overall it was great.  Tonight I plan to go also.  Lower body and cardio.

No gym last night; it went to school.  Tonight I plan to do upper body and cardio.  Not sure how much I will get done this week as I have lots of homework.

Yesterday I only did 30 minutes of cardio. I did burn over 500 calories which is a good thing.  Not sure what I'm going to do tonight.  I don't get out of school until 10:00 PM so there might not be time for exercise.  Depends on how I feel and what kind of mood I'm in.

I'm falling down a little.  I only had two good workouts last week and I feel short of my fitness goal with calories burned.  I will pick it up this week.  Today is cardio day.  I plan to get it done early.

Last night I did lower body and cardio.  I love working my legs, it's a really good burn.  My leg muscle groups are responding very well; it's unfortunate no one can see them. :-)  I certainly wish the visible muscles (Chest, shoulders, and biceps) were as resposive.

Good workout last night.  I went back into the gym and did upper body and 45 minutes of cardio.  The cardio workout was good; lots of sweat.

Yesterday I got a late start but I did manage to get in 46 minutes of cardio.  I burned over 700 calories so I was happy with that.  I will start back keeping a complete journal of my foods.  I've been falling down with that lately.

Today I plan to get in there and get my upper body workout on.  I would like to go early in the day.

Great lower body workout yesterday.  Also did 50 minutes of hard cardio.  I plan on giong back tonight for Cardio as well
