Nothing much happened yesterday.....vegged out and watched sports all day.  I may not do anything tonight as the gym is too crowed on Mondays.  If I go it will be late in the night after things settle down.

I had a wonderful workout last night.  I will probably not get back into the gym until Tuesday.  Mondays is too busy.  If I go late Monday, maybe at around 9:00 PM, that may work.

I had a good workout today although it's been a week. since I've been in the gym.  I will have to force myself to do more.  Today was 45 minutes of cardio and upper body; chest, back, and forearms.  In the voice of James Bronw "I Feel Good."

I had a decent workout this morning although it got cut short.  My plumber showed up earlier than I expected so I had to leave.  I just about finished all the weight training for the day.  Worked biceps, triceps, and shoulders.  I still have two shoulder exercises to finish.  Going back tonight to finish and also do cardio.

Happy New Years again everyone.  I hope your health and fitness goals are met or exceeded this year....Today I had a great workout.  Worked back, chest, and forearms.  Also did 30 minutes on the stair step machine.  I'm on a mission this year to work it out.  I say this every year but I mean it.  My goal is to hit the gym 5 times a week; or do some form of exercise 5 days a week.  I want to at least hit the gym 3 times a week for weight training and cardio.  I can do two days a week cardio from home if I don't make it to the gym.
