No activities for today as of yet. My daughter has a high school basketball game tonight. If it is over in a reasonable amout of time I will get to the gym tonight.

I still haven't made it to the gym. That's over 8 days now. I am terribly busy at work and at home working housing projects so I find no time for the gym. I wish there was 36 hours in a day!!!! After the holidays I will settle down and get back at it.

In the process of doing a major house repair project so I have not been able to go to the gym because of it. I'm using it as my exercise for now.

Did a lot of housework and repairs today but still haven't made it to the gym yet. :-(

Nothing happened so far today fitness wise. I did however do a lot of house work today. I was off and had a lot of repairs and a list of things to do. That was more tiring than working out at the gym.

No gym today. I'm sort of nursing a sore shoulder. I think I injured it at work; maybe in the gym last week. In any case this shouldn't prevent me from doing cardio work. I'm off tomorrow so I will get an early start in my local gym.

I was shut out again yesterday. Over the last 10 months I have been highly motivated for these days it is hit or miss. I will soul search and try to get back in the game. In the mean time I guess I'm only destined to work out 3 days a week.

It is 1725 on Sunday and I"ve done nothing yet other than sit ups at home. I may go to the gym after dinner but if not, will most definitely try to do somthing tomorrow night.

I had a good day's workout yesterday. I took the day off work because it was my birthday! Got up early and did weight and cardio training. I only did 20 minutes of cardio; was feeling burnt out. For weights I did chest, shoulders, and biceps. I wasn't feeling the greatest but I did manage to be done with it by 0900 yesterday morning.
Today cardio and weights are also on the table. I plan to do more cardio than yesterday and will do back, triceps, and forearms.

I'm definitely doing the Gym tonight. Both cardio and weight training are on the agenda. I'm not sure which body parts I will work yet.

It's 8:00 PM and I'm dressed for the gym but I still haven't convinced myself to go. If I do go I will only do cardio as oppose to both weight training and cardio. The thing is; I need to get there!!!!

I had a fantastic weekend; working out both days.....tonight, against my better judgement; I'm going to my overcrowded fitness facility to do 45 - 60 minutes of cardio. Although I'm not looking forward to the crowd and waiting around for equipment, I am looking foward to working out. I will let you know how I got on tomorrow.

Finished!!!! Its a little after 0800 and I'm finished with my workout for today. I took advantage of daylight savings time; got up as normal, and knocked it out! I did 40 minutes of cardio, burining 708 calories and 60 minutes of weight training; working legs today. I am glad its over. Now I can watch football without worrying about missing any because of my Sunday workout.

Its 10:09 AM and I'm done with my fitness for the day!!!!!!! I got an early start this morning and did 40 minutes of cardio and 60 minutes of weight training. Today's agenda included back, triceps, and forearms. This is my least favorite set of muscles but I did work them hard. My cardio consisted of the Arc Trainer. I like this piece of equipment as it is one of the toughest pieces of equipment in the entire building. I burned 814 calories over my 40 minute workout.
Back at it tomorrow!!!

I feel off the wagon again this week but did get myself back on track today. I spent well over 2 hours in the gym today doing cardio as well as weight training. I was off today so I was able to get all of this accomplished before 1000. Depending on how I'm feeling later tonight, I may go back to do another 30 minutes of cardio. Who knows?

Today I did not do anything. I have fallen off the wagon again but I will most definitely do better. With work and and the home upgrade that I've been working on has left me with very little time to work on my fitness....no excuses though!!! I guess I need to start documenting my house work as well; this I have never done. Otherwise I will continue to get 600 eFit points. LOL!!
