It has been an awful long time since I've been on this website. Furthermore, its also been a long time since I've worked out. I turned over a new leaf for 2008 which started today. I took my fat butt back to the gym this morning and will continue to do so three to four times a week the year of 2008. The last 45 days have been horrible. During this time I amassed a weight gain of 15 pounds and have balloned back up to 242 pounds. I will most definitely reach my goal of 200 pounds in 2008.
Also in the resolution list is to pay closer attention to my diet and try to eat the right things. Although I did a great job of documenting my diet last year, looking back at it; I ate a lot of unhealthy things. This year I will concentrate on eating more fruits and vegetables and less pastries and desserts.
