Another great workout today!!!  I worked chest, back, and forearms.  Also did 30 minutes of cardio burning 525 calories.  Steady watching my food intake.  I hope to make a difference.

Great workout this morning.  I did a total of 60 minutes of cardio and my leg weight routine.  Feel great!!  I'm also working hard to watch my diet and concentrate on what I eat.  I'm journaling everything so I hope this can help.

Worked out during lunch today!  I haven't done that in a very long time and it was great.  I will plan to get in more lunch time workouts.  Burned 780 calories on 35 minutes of cardio.  It was the Cybex training.  I don't know how accurate that thing is.

I'm not sure why I haven't blogged in the last three or 4 days....I've definitely been working out.  I am very sore because of weight lifting over the weekend.  Yesterday I worked biceps, triceps, forearms, and shoulders.  I was a rough workout.  I also did 30 minutes on the Stair Step machine.

Great workout yesterday!  I worked biceps, triceps, and shoulders.  I'm really feeling the sore muscles in my entire upper body since I worked all the muscles this weekend.  I plan to work the legs sometime this week.
