Although I typically don't go to the gym on Monday's because of the crowd, I will make an effort to go tonight. I will update you tomorrow.

Well, I feel off the wagon but is giving it another gallant effort. I am grossly overweight and have gained all the weight that I previously lost back. In fact, although I have gained the weight back I am much rounder. :-) Hang in there everyone and try your best to stick with it.

I did not make it to the gym last night as I traditionally don't go on Mondays due to over crowding. I did however feel inspirational so I washed my car and afterwards took the dog on a long, long, walk. Tonight I plan to go to the gym.

Two days in a row!!!!!!! I had a great work out yesterday. Consisted of 50 minutes of cardio; 40 on the cross trainer and 10 on the stationary bike. I'm easing myself back into it; although I'm feeling great! Normally I never attend my fitness club on Monday nights because of the crowd; however I think I will make my way over at around 9:00 PM tonight.

I had a successful day of exercise. I had to ease my way back into to it though. I did 40 minutes on the cross trainer machine; burning over 800 calories. I'm looking forward to getting myself back into condition as I'm looking forward to once again hitting the weights. I plan to do that after a month of serious cardio workout. I will go to the gym sometime this morning before Church.

Its been a long time. I've been out of commission for the past 3 months or so; maybe longer. I lost my motivation and will to continually grind it out with the exercise and diet program. My lost motivation is showing on my big body. :-) Last year I successfully lost over 30 pounds; however I have just about gained it all back. Thus, I am trying to get my act together and start eating correctly and exercising consistently again starting today.
