Legs, abs, and cardio was on the menu Sunday night.  My leg routine is becoming just that, routine.  I've done the same thing week after week.  I only work legs once a week which I think is enough.  This is because I do cardio at least 4 times a week.  With that my legs are getting enough exercise.  Upper body is twice a week.

Great upper body workout yesterday.  I'm feeling stronger and can see the measurements as I'm lifting more.  Unfortunately I'm not seeing much movement in mass though.   I have lost weight and assume gained muscle, so that's OK.  It's a slow process but I'm trying to stay in for the long haul.

What a great workout Thursday night!!!  It was cardio only night.  I did 30 minutes on the Stairmaster and 20 minutes on the Crosstrainer.   I burned over 800 calories combined.  I'm feeling good and look forward to weight training tomorrow.

I had a good workout Wednesday night and look forward to working out on Thursday.  Wednesday's workout consisted of upper body work, abs, and cardio.  I took it easy with my shoulder routine.  My left shoulder is off slightly.  My biceps are responding nicely.  My biceps have always been one of the few muscle groups that I can grow. :-)  Better a muscle that can be seen as oppose to not seen.

Only managed 20 minutes of cardio.  I did burn over 400 calories with cardio.

No gym last night although I did walk around 3 miles yesterday at work.  I plan to go to the gym early tonight.  I'm looking forward to it.

No visits to the gym yesterday, however I have started walking everywhere I go at work.  Yesterday's walk totaled around 15 minutes or more.  Today's walk totaled over 30 minutes.

Didn't think I was gonna make it to the gym today.  I went to the Clippers game and was exhausted afterwards.  I took a nap and didn't get up until late.  I did force myself to go.  I worked lower body and abs.  Also did 16 minutes on the Stairmaster.  Good sweat was had!!

Yesterday's workout was good.  I was nice and wet with sweat afterwards.  I did upper body weights and the stairmaster.  I only did 10 minutes of cardio though.  I was exhausted when I finished my weight program.  I stepped my weight program up yesterday; all barbell and dumb bells.

I had a fantastic workout yesterday.  I worked lower body, abs, and hit the Stairmaster for 30 minutes.  The Stairmater was done in intervals.  Man, it was hard.  I'm still tired and it was a day later.  I have levels of fat that needs to be removed from my mid-section.  I read where proper eating, weight training, and Stairmaster will accelerate fat burning around the mid section.

Back to the gym Thursday night!  This was after missing the last three days for various reasons.  Was very happy to get back in there though.  I worked upper body and did cardio; burning over 900 calories.  I'm off on Friday so I'm going to do two workouts.

No exercise yesterday.  I took the day off.  I might go tonight; if not I will hit it hard for the next 5 days.  I started something new today; walking everywhere I needed to go.  I normally drive short distances to support my customers; however today I decided to walk everywhere.  It was a nice, hot, sunny day in SoCal and I enjoyed it.

I had a wonderful workout yesterday.  Resistant training was the first thing at hand.  I worked lower body and abs.  This typically takes around 45 minutes to complete.  Then I did 30 minutes of cardio.  The ellipitical machine is what I used.  I didn't burn as many calories as I normally do.  I only burned 350 calories which is really low considering I did intense Interval Training on it.  Oh well.  I still sweated like a pig. LOL

No exercise yesterday.  I didn't get much sleep the night prior and needed more rest.  Subsequently I took the night off to sleep.  I did get a good workout this morning!!!!!  I will report about it in tomorrow's blog.

I worked upper body, abs, and did some cardio. last night  I wasn't enthusiastic about it but I did do it.  Tonight I'm going to do cardio only.  I will probably do between 40 - 45 minutes.

Good workout yesterday.  I did 35 minutes of interval cardio on the cross trainer machine.  I burned 787 calories.  Tonight it's weight training!!!  Upper body!

I took yesterday off also.  I'm going tonight though!  I'm only doing cardio tonight and will hit the weights tomorrow.  Not sure whether to do 30 or 45 minutes of cardio.  I can't do 45 minutes of Interval training though. No way.

I had a super, duper workout yesterday!  I worked lower body, abs, and did cardio.  My cardio routine is tough but effective.  I'm doing interval and I am sweating like a pig when finished.  I look forward to going in the next few days or so.  I might take tonight off.

Looks like I missed a blog yesterday.  I'm not quite sure how it happened but it did.  Anyway, yesterday's workout was decent but not the best.  I did my upper body routine but only managed 10 minutes of cardio.  Not to my standards but I was rushed and thought I was going back last night for more cardio but I didn't.  Sunday's workout was great!  Will talk about it tomorrow.

Great workout Thursday night.  I worked lower body with weights and did 40 minutes of interval training on the cross trainer.  Boy what a workout.  Interval training is the bomb.  I'm not seeing any results from it yet but I see twice a much sweat and burn about 30% more calories.  I will stay with this for a while.

Great workout yesterday!!!  Upper body weight training and cardio was on the agenda.  It was very, very busy in there which I do not like.  I literally had to wait to get on equipment. and a weight bench.  I worked out of order but managed to get a good workout on.

Yesterday was easy for me.  I went late but still managed to get my workout on.  I did lower body, abs, and cardio.  Only managed to do 25 minutes of cardio though.  I was engaged in conversation of one of my high school friends.  Me and this guy go back almost 40 years.
