I had a terrible day as far a exercise and my diet.  I attended my daughter's basketball banquet and over ate; especially from the dessert table.  I topped this off by not going to the gym.   I am so ashamed. :-)

Well its 9:28 PM and I just walked into the house after another's long days work.  Unfortunately after a 15 hour day it would be hard for me to focus on making it to the gym.  This has placed me far behind for my exercise calories burned for the week.  Dobuling up on Friday as well as Saturday will not help I don't think.

I did not make it to the gym yesterday and is still considering it tonight.  I worked a 12 hour day and is really too tired to workout.  I will have a cup of green tea and a sandwich to see if it will rejuvenate me.

I didn't make it to the gym yesterday due to all of the great TV sporting activity.  I will have to make this day up sometime in the week.  Mondays is a hard ticket at my facility on Mondays but I may go after the NCAA championship game tonight.

My most successful week of exercise in 5 months!!!!!  After being a Star of "My Home Personal Trainer" last year, I feel off the wagon and quit exercising.  After hit and miss over the last 5 months, I finally had a good week whereas I exercised and counted my calories for the entire week.  I pray that I'm able to keep it up.  Hang in there with me!


Yesterday morning I went to the gym and was able to burn almost 800 calories.  I plan to go early this morning before church.

I did make it to the gym last night and was able to muster 45 minutes of activity totaling over 700 calories burned.  I look forward to gettign back to the exercise conditioning I was before. 


Today I plan to go to the gym early this morning to get it out of the way.  I'll report back later.

I didn't make it to the gym last night but I'm about to go within the next 30 minutes.  I look forward to it as my diet today haven't been well balanced.  Upon my return I'll let you know what I did and how much I burned.

I'm happy to report that I went to the gym last night.  I really wasn't feeling it and was extremely tired during the first 10 minutes of the workout.  It took all my strength to keep from quitting.  I went through it and look forward to possibly going tonight or tomorrow night.

I took last night off due to the traditional crowds at my fitness center.  I am however on my way tonight.  I will spend at least 45 minutes exercising.  I will clue you in tomorrow.
