Great workout yesterday.  I did resistant training as well as cardio training.  I had plenty of time for both considering it was Sunday.  Between the two I burned over 1200 calories.  Nothing tonight in the gym that is, because my fitness center is too busy. I do plan to do a mini workout at home tonight.

I took a few days off and haven't been journaling or documenting my progress.  I will at least catch up with my workouts that I haven't journaled.  I'm going to the gym today to do a full session of weight training and cardio training.  I have plenty of time on my hands today and it will allow me to get caught up.

I had a wonderful night at the gym yesterday.  It was day two of my resistent training program.  I also did 30 minutes of cardio.  I am extremely sore but it feels good.  Today I'm resting; actually I'm on my way to a Los Angeles Angels game.

I took last night off because of the crowd at my gym on Mondays.  I'm  going tonight although I have no idea how I'm going to pull through this one.  I am extremely sore from the start of my weight lifting program Sunday.  I will try to persevere.

I started my weight training program yesterday and boy am I sore.  I'm doing a full body workout program, three times a week.  I will continue this program for at least three months before I go to 3 day split program.  I should give me enough time to see some strength and definition gains.  I will also try to continue with my cardio routine as well.

Yesterday I took it pretty easy and waited until late to workout.  It was pretty cool last night which is why I waited; maneged to only do 35 minutes burning over 800 calories.  I did not meet my goal of burning 2600 calories last week.  I will work much harder trying to get there which is going to be hard in the near future.  Here's why:


Today I'm starting my resistent training program.  With that, I will spend three hours a week lifting weights.  For those of you who lift weights, you can attest that it is very difficult also burning a high rate of calories through cardio exercises.  This is how I always seem to fall off the boat but I am determined to do it this time.  I will do most of my cardio at home and not in the gym.  Of course I won't burn as many calories but I will at least be doing something along with my weight training.

Looks like I haven't blogged in almost a week?  This is very unlike me.  I will try to hit my blog everyday no matter how minut my activities are.


Yesterday I had a good workout.  I did 40 minutes of cardio burning 932 calories and I also did my killer ab routine.  Although my abdominal fat is taking its sweet time going away, my ab muscles are rock hard and solid.  If I can ever get rid of the fat I will definitely have something to show off.

I didn't go to the gym today and knew I wasn't going as early as 1200 noon.  To make up for it I walked everywhere at work today and took the stairs to the 6th floor on at least 10 different ocassions.  All in all I had a pretty vigorous workout.

I took the night off as I normally do on Mondays.  I will most definitely go tomorrow night.  Looking forward to it as my days in the gym has been short over the past two weeks.  I will most definitely get back into it.

I didn't do anything last night either.  I am either going to the gym tonight or Im going to do some cardio work at home.  I have been consistently doing my home ab routine all week though.  Things are getting better.

I did nothing yesterday either other than my ab routine.  I'm working extremely long hours this week.  Hope to settle down by tomorrow and get back into it.

I did nothing last night.  For the past two days I've been starting work at 0500 and ended 12 and 13 hour days respectively.  This meant awakening at 0330.  This is entirely too early for people to arise.  Subsequently I was too tired to do any workouts after work.  Tonight I wil also not workout but pick up for Thursday through Sunday.

I had a semi-decent workout yesterday.  I waited until late so I did push it but I managed to get 40 minutes in on the cross-trainer; burning 839 calories.  I also did my killer ab routine.  Not going to the gym tonight but I will consider getting on my home cross-trainer.

Finally I had a meaningful workout!!!!!  Yesterday I was able to get to the gym and do 47 minutes of cardio, burning 1,011 calories.  I also did my ab routine.  Its getting later on the west coast but I still plan to do something tonigh.

I did not make it to the gym yesterday again.  I believe that's the fifth day in a row.  Very unusual.  I'm dressed now and is going this morning.  I did manage to get in a ab workout yesterday.....I also noticed something this morning when I jumped on the scales.  After weeks of working out and not making any weight loss gains, I noticed that I have lost 3 pounds this week without doing much of anything.  LOL!  I

It's official, I'm regressing!!!  I haven't been to the gym since Sunday.  I have managed to do some home ab work but haven't bothered to log it in.  I may do so later today.  I haven't given up though.  I've been extremely busy over the past few days although I could have done something.  If I don't get back tonight I will definitely get it together tomorrow.
