Yesterday I only did 35 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine.  I burned 735 calories.  It's almost 8:30 PM and I still haven't made it to the gym yet.  Chances are I won't today?

Yesterday's workout was decent.  I worked lower body, abs, and did 30 minutes of cardio on the Stairmaster.  I always get a good sweat on the Stairmaster.

I took yesterday off after Sunday's hard workout.  Today I did cardio and will pick back up on weights tomorrow.  Looking forward to it.

Great workout yesterday.  I worked my upper body extremely hard.  Afterwards I worked 30 minutes of cardio on the stairmaster.  Felt good afterwards.

Good workout yesterday. I did lower body weights and 35 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer.  Good workout although I didn't get in a good sweat. :-(  I'm going today to do upper body and cardio.

Not my best week of work.  I had a lot of issues which prevented me from exercising as I normally do.  I did finally go to the gym last night and do upper body weight lifting and cardio.  Going again today to do legs and cardio.

No exercise in the gym yesterday. :-)  I did do some major walking which I recorded.  Not going tonight either.  Will pick back up tomorrow.

Great workout yesterday.  On the weekend I work my upper body extra hard.  I left more weight and do a few machines as possible.  I also add an additional workout for my biceps and triceps.  I also did 25 minutes on the stationary bike.  I'm feeling good and the pounds are beginning to come off.  My clothes are fitting better as well.  I wore a suit to church today that I out grew. :-)  It fit nicely today.

Not sure how many minutes of cardio I did last night but I stopped after 711 calories burned.  I also did ab work.  I just finished writing a paper and is on my way to the gym.  I will do upper body work and cardio tonight.

Yesterday's workout was minimal.  I did some walking but not a lot to matter.  Tonight I plan to do some cardio in the gym and catch up on some reading.

Last night's workout was fun.  I did 55 minutes of cardio on the cross trainer.  I buned over 1,000 calories!  I didn't realize where the time had gone.  I was reading a text book and before I knew it I was at the 50 minute mark.

Didn't do much in the way of exercise last night.  I plan to go to the gym tonight for cardio only.  I may have to miss a night because if have a ton of homework.

Nice workout yesterday!  I worked lower body, abs and did 30 minutes of cardio on the Stairmaster.  The Stairmaster is a beast!  If you have one in your gym I suggest you use it from time to time.  It is probably the toughest piece of cardio equipment in the gym.

I had a wonderful workout yesterday. I worked upper body and did cardio  I worked my upper body really hard.  I'm beginning to see some muscle thickness and definition.  The belly fat isn't moving as quickly as I like but I'm being patient.

I just returned from Church and had a quick bite; getting ready for the gym  I will do lower body and some cardio.  I hope to be finished soon as I have a ton of homework to do.

Only did cardio last night.  30 minutes on the cross trainer, burning 577 calories.  Also did ab work.  Going to the gym this morning to do upper body work.

Great workout last night.  I went hard on my upper body routine and did 30 mintues on the Stairmaster.  Boy am I tired....I'm feeling the affects of missing a few days.  I hope to have an energy drink tonight and get back at it.

No exercise yesterday.  I started a Masters program and didn't finish until late.  I did however have enough time to go out for a short while; I just chose not to.  If I get home at a decent time tonight I will go out.

Great workout Saturday night!!!  Upper body work along with cardio was on the menu.  I worked my upper body particularly hard.  If the fat ever leaves my body I'm sure it will reveal a lot of muscles. :-)  I only did 20 minutes on the Stairmaster after my weight program but was really exhausted afterwards.

Friday night I only did cardio.  I did 40 minutes of interval training on the Cross Trainer.  I put on a good sweat and burned 842 calories.  Today I'm doing upper body which I love.  My workout will take almost two hours as I like to do at least 30 minutes of cardio afterwards.

I was not motivated to workout Thursday night.  I finished up my upper body routine and wanted to leave.  I called my youngest daughter and asked her to motivate into doing cardio.  She\'s very convincing; I did 30 minutes of cardio and finished my workout.

I have been tripping over the past three days.  I haven't been to the gym or did anything.  Two days I meant to take off but not the third.  Although I'm not motivated I'm definitely going to the gym tonight.  I will upper body which I'm going to hit hard, and I will also do cardio.  I will go to the gym for the remainder of the week; this will get me back on par.
