Great workout!!!  Worked chest and back very hard.  Also did the Sprint 8 routine for 30 mintues.  I'm over here shaking!!!  That workout is tough!!!

Wow, I did my Sprint 8 routine yesterday and I thought I was going to die.  After the first 30 second sprint on the elliptical I thought I was going to die and wanted to quit.  But I hung in there and completed the workout.  So happy I did!!!

I'm considering going to the gym for lunch today.  I'm really excited about the Sprint 8 Program that I started yesterday.  If I go, I will only do that for the recommended 20 minutes.

Great workout this monring.....WOW!!!!!!  I started a Sprint 8 cardio program.  I won't go into details but you can google it.  Very nice workout and it only takes 20 minutes.  I did of course continue for another 10 minutes of regular cardio but I felt good and know I was burning fat like a furnance.  I also did weight training; triceps, biceps, forearms, and shoulders.

Another great workout!!!  I think that's five days in a row.  Today I worked legs and did cardio.  Feeling good and the weight is slowly dropping.

Good workout this afternoon....worked legs and did 30 minutes of cardio.  I had a Sushi lunch so all wasn't too bad.  I think I'm going to do cardio everyday and on resistant training days, I will do cardio twice.  I'm feeling good, losing some weight, but this stomach isn't moving.

Great workout yesterday!  I worked out at the Air Force Base after work.  It was close to work and it wasn't as crowded as my 24 Hour Fitness on  a Monday night.  I worked chest and back, then did 40 minutes of cardio on two pieces of equipment.  Great!!!!  Not sure if I'm getting it in tonight though.

I took yesterday off for Easter but hope to get back into it today.  I haven't decided whether I'm going to the gym at lunch or not.  I may go at the Air Force Base immediately after work to get it in.

Great workout today!  I worked biceps, triceps, shoulders and did 30 minutes of cardio.  I feel good!!!!  I'm going to try and get a workout in before church but this means I have to get up very early.

Yesterday I was able to hit the gym during my lunch break.  I worked cardion for 30 minutes burning 653 calories!  Tonight I will get into the weight training and cardio.

I have the bug!  I'm going to workout during lunch.  Since it is lunchtime I can only get in 30 minutes of cardio....but I'm looking forward to it.  Hopefully nothing happens within the next 15 minutes before I leave.

I had another great workout yesterday.  That's five days in a row.  I didn't make it today although the day isn't over yet.  If I do anything it will only be cardio tonight.  The weight is dropping.
