Yesterday I did lower body, abs, and cardio. Good quick workout; in and out of the gym in under 1 1/2 hours. It's getting late on Memorial Day and I'm considering going to do cardio. It's back to work tomorrow after 10 days away.

Yesterday I had a great workout.....Both upper body and cardio was on hand. I did 30 minutes on the Stairmaster, burning over 400 calories. For resistant training I worked biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, chest, and back. I also worked abs.
It is taking almost 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. I need to work something out soon; I don't have that much time to spend in the gym. I definitely can't afford another day.....I need help!

Yesterday was cardio day. I did a total of 50 minutes of cardio burning over 900 calories. Today was lower body and cardio. I will report on what I did tomorrow.

Yesterday I had a nice, hard upper body workout. I worked biceps, triceps, chest, traps, shoulders, and forearms. It also included 30 minutes of cardio. This is taking entirely too long. I don't always have the luxury of spending two hours in the gym. I need to cut down some how, without loosing the gains that I have made. I can't afford to spend more than 4 days a week in the gym and I have no time available in my daily schedule. I will figure it out somehow.

No exercise activity yesterday. I'm going to my 24 Hour Fitness Center this morning to do upper body, abs, and cardio. This is a heavy workout so I should be finished in about two hours.

I tried something new yesterday; water aerobics! I was great fun although I had no idea what I was doing. I did manage to keep up with it for the entire hour. Good experience but I don't think I will be doing it again. :-)

Yesterday I had a good leg and ab workout. I also did 45 minutes of cardio. I'm happy with my progress. I'm off work today so I'm going to do something different; I'm going to try water aerobics. :-)

Yesterday's exercises consisted of cardio only. I did a total of 45 minutes; 30 on the crosstrainer and 15 on the Stairmaster. I did some extensive stretching also.
I'm on my way out now to get started with my lower body routine.

Another great workout yesterday. I worked my upper body hard. I'm getting stronger and lifting heavier weights. I also did cardio. I want to it at least 6 days a week but it's so hard. I have some time off next week so I will try to get it done; next week anyway.

No gym tonight. Watching the Lakers game and then to start a 50 page research paper that I need to for a Masters program that I'm in. I will get back at it tomorrow.

Great workout yesterday. Lower body, abs, and cardio was on the plate. I haven't gone yet today but I will do cadio later tonight.

Been off track for the past few days but getting back into it. Last night I went back to the gym and did upper body and cardio. Decent workout; not my best work though. I'm off today so I'm going to the gym shortly to work lower body and do more cardio.

Great workout yesterday. I worked upper body yesterday. I also did 30 minutes on the Stiarmaster. I worked my upper body really hard. My biceps are getting bigger and some of the fat around the midsection is beginning to disappear.

Great workout last night. It was my first workout since Sunday. I worked upper body and did cardio. I really felt good afterward. I'm planning to go back tonight and do cardio although it's almost 10:00 PM. The weight is coming off. I'm 30 pounds or more down now. Still have about 30 to 40 left to go. I feel I will meet my goal sometime next year.

Good workout yesterday. I worked lower body, abs, and did cardio. For lower body work only have two exercises each for calfs, hamstrings, quads, and hips. I finish rather quickly which is good with me. I always follow up my leg work with cardio.
Tonight I'm taking off.

Great workout yesterday!!!! I did a good 1.25 hours working my upper body. I hit my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and mid back pretty hard. I also did 30 minutes on the Stiarmaster. That is a killer piece of equipment!
Today I'm going to do lower body work and cardio. It won't be as tough but it will be a hard workout.

I didn't make it to the gym yesterday.
I'm definitely going this morning. I'm working upper body and going to do some cardio work. Look forward to it!!
