Great workout yesterday. I worked chest, back, and forearms. I also did 30 minutes of cardio. Today I plan to do biceps, triceps, and shoulders and get back on my Sprint 8 Program.

Wow, another great workout!!!! Today I worked biceps, triceps, forearms, and shoulders. I also did cardio....the Sprint 8 program that I'm using is no joke......I'm exhausted.
