Nothing again today exercise wise. I probmis I'm not giving up; I'm just a bit sidetracked. Will pick up again tomorrow.

Another dreadful workday completed. I have a 0500 start time in the morning so there is no way I can workout tonight. I do have a bicycle in the garage that I may workout for 30 minutes...will see.

I'm ashamed to say I did not go to gym yesterday. There really wasn't an excuse; we will continually get hot days all summer long. Anyway, doesn't look like the gym is in my future for Monday either. I will definitely pick up the remainder of the week.

Yesterday I did manage to make it to the gym however my workout was lackluster. I only did 30 minutes of cardio, burning 629 calories. That was my third day in a row going and the fouth time out of the week.....I'm satisfied considering I haven't been in almost two months prior to the start of last week.
I also went to the Orange County Fair yesterday. I must have walked four to five miles. I will not document that activity though. I did eat a lot of Fair food that I am about to document though. :-)

I had another great workout yesterday. I did 45 minutes total of cardio; 30 on the elliptical trainer and the addition 15 minutes on the Stair Master. I burned a total of 857 calories. I am still documenting my diet which is also a great thing!

I did not make it to the gym last night as planned however I am going this morning. I'm off work today so I will spend a good amout of tme working on cardio and my abs today.

I had an amazing night of exercise last night!!!! I did seventy minutes of cardio! I got into an old Classics Boxing match on ESPN and I couldn't quit until the show ended. I burned 1,445 calories. It's almost 8:00 PM and I'm debating on whether to go tonight. I just ate dinner so once my food settles I will make a decision.

Fourth day of the week and I'm still blogging! I just finished work after a long 11 hour day....I still plan to go to the gym. I haven't been since Sunday and plan to go today through Saturday. Wish me luck!

Well its day three of the week and I'm still at it! I did not go to the gym today but I will finish off strong the rest of the week. I am watching what I eat though; or at least documenting it. This gives me a good idea of what I need to cut down on and increas nutrition wise.

Yesterday I decided to jump back on the wagon. I will pray hard to continue this. Anyway, I went to my fitness facility after almost 45 days off and was able to do 40 minutes of cardio. I burned 835 calories; although I was extremely tired afterwards. It felt good though. I am looking forward to doing some type of exercise tonight.

I have been away for a while I'm ashamed to report. I haven't exercised much nor watched my diet. As a result the weight that I had lost has all returned. My original goal at the start of the year was to lose 60 pounds by September. I am no where near it now. I will adjust my goals and will do a better job of exercising and watching what I eat.
