Believe it or not I never made it to the gym yesterday.  Some pressing issues arose and I never got the chance to go.  I did however go this morning.  I rode the cross trainer for 42 minutes, burning 929 calories.  I feel pretty good now!

No activity tonight.  I will hit it up good tomorrow morning.  I not working so I have a few hours to hit the gym and I plan to take full advantage.

I finally made it to the gym tonight.  I did 41 minutes of cardio, burning over 850 calories.  I also threw in some ab work for good measures.  If I can keep this up and do it 3 to 4 days a week adn watch my diet, I will be OK.

No exercise yet for today other than power walking during lunch and my home ab routine.  I do plan to go to the gym tonight but for now my daughter and I are going out to look for her a car for college.

Nothing exciting to report today.  As usual, I don't participate in exercise activities on Mondays because of the numbers of people that visit my gym that day.  I may go and ride the elliptical machine in my garage.

At it again!  This time I hope I can stick around longer than I did last month.  Anyway. I did 40 minutes of cardio this morning and burned 848 calories.  I'm looking forward to working out tomorrow or in the morning.
