I didn't do any activities last night although I am watching my diet a little closely.  I plan to get back in the gym tonight.  I haven't decided whether to do weight training or cardio training or both.

Exceptional workout today,.  I tested my knee and it's at around 85%.  This is great thought as it allows me to do almost everything that I was doing prior to the injury.  Today I worked Biceps, triceps, and shoulders.  I also did 45 minutes total of cardio.  30 minutes on the stair step machine and 15 minutes on the Stairmaster.  Wow, what a workout!!!!

Also I've started working on my diet.  I'm doing OK thus far although I had some healthy snacks which are high in calories....

Well, I got back into the gym Thursday night and also went back today.  I did cardio and resistents training both days.  I plan to get back in there tomorrow to do more weight and cardio training.  If I could only be discplined enough to watch my diet I would be good at this. smiley

Good workout today.  I did some 30 minutes of cardio burning 500 calories and 1 hours of resistent training....working biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
