Exceptional workout today,. I tested my knee and it's at around 85%. This is great thought as it allows me to do almost everything that I was doing prior to the injury. Today I worked Biceps, triceps, and shoulders. I also did 45 minutes total of cardio. 30 minutes on the stair step machine and 15 minutes on the Stairmaster. Wow, what a workout!!!!
Also I've started working on my diet. I'm doing OK thus far although I had some healthy snacks which are high in calories....
