Had a great upper body workout today. My arms are feeling massive these days. I only wish my belly didn't feel the same way.
I also burned 50 calories on the stair step machine. I may do more tonight; all depends. I look forward to it though.

I took yesterday. I never go to the gym on Mondays. Too crowded! Anyway, I'm feeling pretty good tonight and will go work lower body and 30 minutes of cardio. I can't wait!

Great workout tonight. I did upper body and cardio. My arms are really beginning to look nice. Other body parts are beginning to respond as well. Still I can't seem to shake this belly fat though.
I'm still gonna keep to it.

For some strange reason I didn't do any workouts yesterday. Cardio was on the table but I never got around to it. Today I plan to go and work upper body but it is getting late. Maybe do upper body tonight an bypass cardio and do it tomorrow?

Man, I've been tripping over the past two weeks. Absolutely no reason for me not to journal! Getting lazy I guess. Well my mother was visiting for the past two weeks and we ate like pigs. Just about everyday we went out somewhere to eat. Not a good thing as I put on 7 pounds. I did manage to go to the gym enough during her visit but I guess it wasn't enough. Too many calories in and not enough out.

Good workout tonight. Upper body and cardio was on the menu. I haven't lifted in over a week so I took it easy tonight. Early tomorrow I will do lower body and cardio.

New Day/nw month. I'm going to try very hard to continuously journal and keep an accurate blog.
