 Really need motivation...!
Hi guys
I was hoping someone could help me out in the motivation department. I am looking for someone who will bug me (electronically) whenever I don't exercise, and someone who I can check in with and help out too. I want someone who is willing to go through this with me.
I am not looking for gentle encouragement, I am looking for a kick up the butt if I don't do my exercises.
Anyone game?
