HEEELLLLPPP!!!!!!!
I am just now trying to get back into lifting. My long term goal is to get huge (muscles). My weekness is eating. I want any tips and advise on how to eat or what to eat, including any sort of recommended supplements that should be utilized with the diet. Obviously I am not talking about roids. Just the protein powders, glutamine, etc.

I've heard that Apple Cider Vinegar, the real stuff, helps you to be healthier and lose weight, as well as G****fruit or G****fruit juice. Frankly, I can't stand the stuff, and I've done fine maintaining/losing weight on my own, but I know people who swear by the Apple Cider Vinegar stuff, says it helped them lose around 20 lbs. The G****fruit is supposed to help you lose without changing anything about your diet or exercise.
Eat fruits, veggies, and WHOLE grain; multi-grain is a crock. H2O!
